At Whole Foods, drinks with friends, on a Saturday afternoon walk…if the Twinship is together the inevitable question asked is…”Are you two twins?” Followed by, “Where are you from?” You see…if being twins isn’t “fascinating” enough…try explaining to bombshells that: we’re from a small country called Eritrea (insert quick African history lesson here), but we were born in a hut in a refugee camp in Sudan (insert confused face here.)
So, as a “Twinship Throwback” we present to you…THE HUT. Yes, our brave little mother gave birth to two baby girls here. Funny part is our mother and father had no clue they were having twins! Our chief mama twinship will have to share that story with you bombshells another time…

P.S. they say it “takes a village…” and they sure weren’t lying! Can you spot the Twinship in this photo? And, can you tell which-one-is-which?

Photo Credit: our wonderful father took this picture of us a few days before our 2nd birthday.
Yup, the Twinship is really feelin’ blue…as in we are lovin’ navy blue! The Twinship trend forecast predicts that everyone and their twinship will be painting a space in their place blue very soon.
Navy blue is elegant, contemporary, transitional, fresh, feminine, and masculine. It’s a regal-cool-color and gives your space personality.
Here is our navy blue Twinship 2 cents:
1st cent: If your space is lacking architectural detail have no fear ’cause Benjamin Moore is here! We highly recommend ‘Evening Sky’ – we feel it’s the perfect navy blue! The hues are warm, elegant and not intimidating.
2nd cent: Contrary to belief, in small spaces paint your walls a dark color instead of something bright. Rich colors like: black, navy blue or charcoal grey give the illusion of a bigger space and instantly adds warmth to small rooms.
Here are some very blue rooms that inspire us to grab a paint brush and paint the town…blue!

P.S. What’s your favorite paint color?
Happy Easter from the twin-ship!

P.S. We sprayed these eggs gold and used old makeup brushes to design our eggs! Use what you have, bombshell!
We love art in the street so much that we decided to make it a twinship monthly post. This month’s twinship art spotlight is Retna. At first glance, Retna’s work looks like a collage of arbitrary symbols…but when you look closer, you’ll discover that those “arbitrary symbols” are an original alphabet that he created influenced by Egyptian hieroglyphics, Arabic, Herbrew, and graffiti.
Retna makes graffiti art sophisticated and well…legal. So is Retna speaking your language? Tell us what you think.
