Lately, we’ve been particularly obsessed with Issa Rae’s  Kanye West is Living Single video — inspired by a tweet she read that,  Kanye’s  ‘Blood on the Leaves’  performance at the VMA’s looked like the dancer in the opening of Living Single. 

Well, watching the Living Single video brought back memories of our favorite TV opening credits.

Btw, what ever happened to theme songs? There’s something so sweet and genuine about them…makes us miss TGIF.

    F&H, this is a fun list – great choices! A few more come to mind: Good Times, All in the Family, Happy Days, etc. – those were the days when TV shows had actual theme SONGS tos ing along to (!) not just THEMES. xoxo @twinship
