The Bold Lip Issue

Hello, Bombshells!

So this post is not a “super soul Sunday” kind of thing. It’s for the ladies that  love…lipstick.

We never switch up our eye makeup. Wood wink by MAC and liquid eyeliner is our go-to for both day and night. But since Spring is in the air — we wanted to do something a little more “daring.”

Since we almost always wear a nude lip — we headed to  Pinterest  for inspiration and created this mood board.

After trying on a few vibrant lipsticks we decided to go with REVLON’S New COLOR BURST Matte Balm. Feven is wearing UNAPOLOGETIC 210  and Helena is wearing SHOWY 220.

Here’s our Twinship 2 cents on this lipstick:

1) Both lipsticks are really easy to apply and just the right amount of color, but before applying the lipstick, be sure to moisturize your lips. We used Carmex Lip Balm.

2) The lipstick was a little matte for us so we used a just a touch of clear lip gloss.

So, what do you think?

xoxo,

Feven & Helena #twinship

P.S.Though it’s a matte lipstick it actually hydrates your lips and doesn’t feel dry at all.

UPADTE:  we just got a retweet from @Revlon — totally made our #Twinship day!

  1. I like! My twin and I always stick with our nude lipsticks/lipgloss too. I try to step out of my comfort zone with bold colors, so this encourages me even more. 🙂
