Twinship Closet: You Better Network

Closet, Fashion, Uncategorized

These days we have mastered the “25-minutes-to-get-ready-to-look-decent…LOOK.” ‘Cause when you’re up at all hours of the night, working during the day, and hustling at network functions, you really don’t have “45 minutes to get all dressed up.”  Cut to Beyonce’s Partition.

Here’s a look we rocked a few days ago at a LA entrepreneur meet up. And we know it sounds so cliche, but most of our funds go towards our startup so we’re forced to be fashionable on a serious budget.  But style really has no price tag, right? At least that’s what we tell ourselves eyeing that Chanel handbag we’ve wanted for like..evah!

Helena went for a whimsical look inspired by Valentio. Feven went for a Kate Spade inspired look. Both outfits under a budget but are appropriate to wear to a work functions or even a dinner out with friends!

You better net(work)….in our best Britney voice.

xoxo,

We will never forget our teenage years as cashiers in high school saving up enough money to buy our favorite beauty brands.

  1. Looking fab as always! I guess this already happens with y’all since you’re sisters, but sharing closets with friends gives me instant inspiration when I’m bored with my own stuff. My own clothes feel new again when I pair them with a statement piece from a friend. What are friends for, anyway, right?

  2. Great post! I am also a big believer that you don’t need to spend a million $$ to look a million $$ however my biggest fear in life (apart from bad hair and love handle) is too look cheap. I have a few tips that have never let me down over the years and I will be doing a post on them very soon. You girls look sensational!

  3. I’m loving the lace paired with a bit of floral print. It’s sweet and effective. This look could easily be paired with a cute flat or gladiator sandal. Nicely done!! #stylesbysteffany

  4. I love your clothing style and the fact that it’s within a budget makes it that much greater – I’m new to blogging and I went to recommended blogs and you guys were there and I’m glad because you’re exactly the kind of fashion I love and teamwork I like to see.

I don’t really have any style/style tips I just got interested in fashion quite recently but what I usually do is mix and match that way I’m playing it safe but also mixing it up a bit.

P.S. I love Helena’s skirt and top, I need to invest in a look like that…
