Twinship Throwback: The Hut

Home Décor, Photos, Uncategorized

At Whole Foods, drinks with friends, on a Saturday afternoon walk, if the Twinship is together the inevitable question asked is: “Are you two twins?” Followed by, “Where are you from?”

You see…if being twins isn’t “fascinating” enough, try explaining to folks that: we’re from a small country called Eritrea (insert quick African history lesson here), but we were born in a hut in a refugee camp in Sudan (insert confused face here.)

So, as a “Twinship Throwback” we present to you…THE HUT.  Yes, our brave little mother gave birth to two baby girls here. Funny part is our mother and father had no clue they were having twins! Our chief mama twinship will have to share that story with you all another time.

P.S. they say it “takes a village…” and they sure weren’t lying! Can you spot the Twinship in this photo? And, can you tell which-one-is-which?
