Feminine Mystique — Twinship Bombshells of the Week!

Beauty, Fashion

Feminine Mystique

We are true admirers of beauty. Beauty beyond the surface. Beauty that embodies a combination of substance, sophistication, independence, intelligence, elegance and soul.  You may have heard us refer to a “show stopper” as a ‘twinship bombshell’ well, now you know what we mean!

We’ve been going back and forth on the idea of creating a ‘twinship bombshell’ of the week. We started off with ‘Red Wine Wednesday’ as a way to embrace and celebrate women of all ages, because to us, true beauty gets better over time. But then we thought…is that a back-handed compliment? Society seems to be so consumed with “age” and  we didn’t want to add to that (even if we were being genuine.)

After all is said and done…we decided to start ‘twinship bombshell’ this week (still deciding on which day to post — if you have any suggestions let us know), and of course we had to do it in a group formation!

So, we give you Anais Mali, Jasmine Tookes, and Jourdan Dunn who were featured last February for W magazine ‘Feminine Mystique’ — “For ladylike polish try bold prints, sleek shapes and heavy-duty accessories.” These dashing ladies are rocking  Spring 2012 looks from Donna Karan, Givency, Salvatore Ferragamo and more. Photographed by Emma Summerton and styling by Giovanna Battaglia.

Pretty gorgeous, right? We think these ladies are definitely twinship bombshells! What do you think?

xoxo,

We will never forget our teenage years as cashiers in high school saving up enough money to buy our favorite beauty brands.
